I see today is another fire-day update. You seem to have quite the ability to create some good plays on words. Welcome to the team Vruliic! Nice to see someone did a mush wanted song. You were pretty good in the opening.
The song I think was pretty good, just a little boring. Personally I was hoping for something maybe sorta more dramatic. But it’s composition and quality isn’t bad; I think I’ll give this 4 out of 5 (iTunes doesn’t do halves).

Nice Job Vruliic! I agree with Stephen, though, it would be better if it was more dramatic.

Still an excellent song.

Yeah, the music from the game is not modified other than the instruments used and quality. The actual score is not modified, so if it doesn’t sound dramatic enough here, it doesn’t sound dramatic enough there (in the game).

The piece is sharp; I like it a lot.

Well here’s the deal. Koji Kondo certainly is no noob to game composition. Most of the songs in OoT are a minute loop or less, and if there’s any dramatic change within that short a loop, the player would notice, and the music would probably become annoyingly distractive and skitzophrienic, spelling out each brief portion of the loop too heavily. The Ganondorf Battle music is consistently loud to display Ganondorf’s power without distracting the player from the gameplay. There are subtle dynamic differences, but not much - but it’s that way for a reason. Perhaps if the song were about 2 1/2 to 3 minute loop, that would be a horse of a different color, and dynamic changes would sound appropriate. I would eventually like to make a long, dramatic arrangement of this song, for sure.

Woo, pipe organ. I disagree with those who say it’s a boring song on account of the best instrument to ever be created being included.

I happened to love this song, and as I was listening to it, I got chills all down my spine. ;)
