VGXpo is here!

It’s finally here. The big day! Ebuch is here, t-shirts are done, postcards are made, CD’s have arrived, and the banner looks awesome! Everything is in place!

We (Vruliic and I) have been running around most of south Jersey all week in preparation for our first public appearance. So far, everything has gone to plan. What luck! Today (Thursday) was setup day, and we were able to see the Nintendo World Tour booth setup DIRECTLY NEXT TO OURS. It seemed like they knew who we were, but we did not have any direct communication with them. We hope this changes.

Our CONFIRMED BOOTH NUMBER(s) are Booth #1215,1216, right next to the Nintendo Booth, Booth #1001. Look for a golden banner!

As you all know, we love suspense and surprises. Of course, such a monumental event for us, such as VGXpo could not be wasted. We are using VGXpo to promote our

NEW SITE DESIGN and LAYOUT!

Expect it to go live at the opening bell, Friday, October 9th, 2:00 PM EST. We would like to thank Fury Thr33 for the amazing job he did, and for remaking the site for the better. We will be displaying the new site on four large monitors for browsing.

Lastly, we plan to host a LIVE WEBCAST all three days, from 8AM to 9PM on Friday, 8AM to 9PM Saturday, and 8AM to 5PM Sunday. If the sound gets too loud, we’ll have to mute our mics. To access the live webcast, go to http://www.stickam.com/firegs.

We plan to update the site as the weekend progresses, but will only send out this message to our subscribers once, so be sure to keep checking the site this weekend for pictures and videos.

Oh man did we get a good spot then. I can't wait any longer for Saturday XD And I'll be there all day ;) Sounds like this weekend we be a good time to chat with Ninty. See what they think. Cya guys real soon. I'll be sure to hop on the webcast Friday (around 2:30ish since I doubt stickam isn't blocked at school. If it isn't, I'll be watching at least.) and Sunday.

Ran diagnostics on the sarcasm detector and found a few bugs. Should be up and running again shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Nice layout. Will the http://www.zreomusic.com/download page be kept maintained? I really like to have a single page that contains links to all songs. Makes it easy for me to check whether I've missed a song (automated). Instead of this a listen to everything player under http://www.zreomusic.com/listen would solve this issue as well (I wouldn't use it to always stream the songs, I would use the playlist to check if I'm missing a song). However, I looked at this and noticed that you have at least one broken xml file: http://www.zreomusic.com/includes/5oot.xml All occurrences of "&" should be replaced with "&". It really surprises me that the flashplayer is able to parse this broken xml. Open the file in firefox and you get a big fat error message. This is xml, not html.

We're going to be adding more features to the site in just a couple weeks… it will make things a lot easier to maintain, and more convenient for fans to keep up with the added songs.
