Good good. Creates accurate visuals.

I can't remember why the place was flooded though. Hm.

Whoops! My bad.. I stand corrected

Now that Ocarina of Time is out of the way, the Oracle series wil get more attention.

The screwed-up seasons caused the snow on Mt. Cucco to melt and flood the town. Or something like that. :P
Ah, this brings back memories. :D Still some of my favorite games ever, though I think Spirit Tracks has overtaken them now.

You guys absolutely must do Chancellor Cole's or Byrne's Theme when you do update with Spirit Tracks music. :)

Cole's Theme is the most amazing thing EVER

As the newsletter today came without HTML format, i think it's a good time to mention something I wanted to do since you changed to HTML mails:
Actually, I really like the HTML mails. But I miss the "Click here to view this update on the site" link in them, because I prefer to hear the songs in the flash applet instead of having to download it.
So perhaps you could just include that link again in your HTML mails, too? :-)

Ahaha! After so much attention given to newer games, an Oracles song at last! And it sounds good! Is this Slur's first song? (at least, first contributed song, as I haven't heard the name before)

Although, Ironically for me, I've only played Ages so far. I want to finish it so I can begin Seasons as a sequel.

So sorry for not commenting on the last few updates, I loved Royal Valley, and the Tower of Spirits sounded pretty cool (I tried to imagine what going through a dungen with that as the theme music would have been like, considering I still haven't played ST. I dunno… I might rent it. I've heard reviews from both ends of the spectrum but most people say it's better than Phantom Hourglass, which I got some enjoyment out of.)

Slur first contributed with the Ocarina of Time Complete album. This week's track is his first one all done by himself.

We, at ZREO, recommend getting Spirit Tracks. One of the main reasons is the music. It is a very significant improvement from Phantom Hourglass. Nevermind if one is better than the other in terms of gameplay. Afterall, they are both great games.

But don't you want to download our lovely songs each week anyway? ;)

Posted by Romplayer (February 6th, 2010 at 3:12 pm) permalink

Nope :D If I want to hear your great songs, I simply come online and hear them here :)

Posted by Slur (February 6th, 2010 at 3:14 pm) permalink

Why thank you! This is my first time going through the process from start to finish (transcribing then rendering). My only other contributions have been three transcriptions for the OoT final album. So I guess you could say that this is my first song–my first of many more songs to come.

Once again, thank you so much. It's such a stupid song! xD (I'm not much of a fan of the Oracle music). I'm glad you liked it :>

Great job Slur! Hope we hear more from you. You guys should do more Oracles songs along with Spirit Tracks. The Oracle games were definitely among the better games of the series (which is saying a lot since all of them are great games).

This song was nice. I like it. For the next update, I would like to hear some Twilight Princess Music. It has been a long time since some that music was posted.

Posted by Jaiden (February 6th, 2010 at 4:51 pm) permalink

Yes, I can't wait till you do the rest of the spirit tracks music! They're all such wonderful arrangements.
You guys do a fantastic job!
I personally hope that you do the final battle theme, as well as the "Town theme".
I look forward to next week's update~

OoX is so vastly underrated by the Zelda community. ): It's always Ocarina of Twilight Princess: Majora's Mask.
These were arguably the best games on the GBC.

If you downloaded them, you can then listen to them anytime you want without going online and clicking on a few links before you get to the one you would like to listen to. Plus you can copy them to an MP3 player to listen on the go. I don't see what's the problem with downloading them unless you have some kind of restrictions.

You guys should do this Wind Waker song some time! :D

I love this one!

This song is called Ancient Hero and it`s not even in The Wind Waker. It is made by one called DarkeSword on OCRemix. The song is sweet though. You can also find it on the movie The Dark Sage. That movie is definitely worth checking out.

Posted by Romplayer (February 6th, 2010 at 11:14 pm) permalink

Yeah, I know what the advantage of downloading is, thanks :P
If you don't see the problem with downloading… well, what is the problem with providing a link to the news on the web page? ;P
Makes it also easier to post comments.

Posted by Romplayer (February 6th, 2010 at 11:20 pm) permalink

I don't want to argue with you, Mycro. I just asked if you could be so kind to include a link to the news on the web page in the newsletter. If you don't want to do that, then don't do it. That's all.

Posted by ebuch (February 6th, 2010 at 11:42 pm) permalink

It's really not that hard to do.. You've got yourself a deal Romplayer :)

Posted by Romplayer (February 7th, 2010 at 1:04 am) permalink

Maybe seasons can catch up with ages., oh and good song. Sounds like the good 'ol days

rookie? sounds good

Posted by Jack (February 9th, 2010 at 12:45 pm) permalink

Almost has an air of Fullmetal Alchemist's lighter bits about it when it hits the 43-second mark. I'm delighted beyond measure that Seasons has received some attention at last. Thank you so much!

Posted by Nin10Gamer (February 9th, 2010 at 8:39 pm) permalink

This is really good. However, we need some more Majora's Mask and Wind Waker.

Seconded.

The games are great, but they have been overshadowed by those games. Same goes for Four Swords.

Posted by Pimp (February 11th, 2010 at 5:01 pm) permalink

Uhm guys you need to put seasons back on the music section!!! O_o

A quand un remake du thème du trailer de OOT ?
